Do this:

  1. Stop wasting time.Time is precious so treat it that way;
  2. Run. I’ve recently implemented running into my daily habits and it has helped me feel more organized and energized throughout the day;
  3. Do one thing. Stop multitasking and just do one thing thouroughly;
  4. Sleep. Don’t underestimate the power of a good nights sleep;
  5. Wake up early. Just do it and you’ll thank me later.
